Music Filled Main Street During Another Successful Music on the Porch Fest

If you were anywhere near Main Street on Saturday, chances are you heard it before you saw it.

A guitar on one porch. A singer down the block. A violin tucked between storefronts. A crowd gathered around one musician, then drifting toward the sound of another.

Music on the Porch Fest returned to Medford this year and once again transformed Main Street into a walkable celebration of local music, community, and small-town charm. What began as a simple idea, bringing musicians and neighbors together in unexpected spaces, turned into an afternoon and evening filled with live performances, smiling faces, and plenty of reasons to linger downtown.

Throughout the day, dozens of performers shared their talents from porches, patios, storefronts, and gathering spaces across Main Street. Visitors wandered from location to location, discovering new artists, reconnecting with friends, supporting local businesses, and enjoying the kind of atmosphere that makes Medford special.

One of the best things about Music on the Porch Fest is that there is no perfect route. Some people came with a schedule in hand. Others simply followed the sound of music wherever it led them. Either way, the result was the same: a vibrant Main Street filled with energy and community spirit.

A huge thank you goes out to organizer Jenni of Jenni's Goodies, the participating musicians, property owners who donated performance spaces, volunteers, sponsors, Main Street businesses, and everyone who came out to support the event. Events like this only happen when a community comes together, and Medford showed up in a big way.

If you missed it this year, don't worry. Based on the crowds, the enthusiasm, and the incredible talent on display, we'd say Music on the Porch Fest has firmly earned its place on Medford's calendar.
