Here's where you sign up for participation in the Dickens Festival - whether it's to sponsor the event, be an artist, a food truck, or a non profit - we welcome you to be part of this fun, family oriented festival.

Artist Vendors must be 100% handmade, this is a juried application with category limits, jury process, etc. Please fill out the application in it's entirety - partially filled out applications or applications without payment will be automatically denied.
Food Trucks are a welcome addition to Dickens Festival! Please be sure when you apply you have your
1. Burlington County Health Certificate,
2. Medford Food Handlers License,
3. Certificate of Insurance naming Main Street Merchant & Medford Township as additional insured, and, if necessary a
4. Fire permit from Medford Fire Dept
Sponsors: We simply could not host the festival without the support of our generous sponsors! There are a variety of options for sponsorship, please reach out to Abbie at DickensMedford@gmail.com if you have any additional questions! Our sponsors are
Entertainment: We have the largest variety of entertainment for the Dickens Festival! If you have a holiday themed, or better yet Victorian era themed idea for entertainment, or you are an existed entertainer with us, please fill out this form to keep in the que!
Non Profit & Community Application: Since the holidays are a season of giving, we offer free spaces for registered non profits, and community organizations that apply. There is limited space, and spaces are not guaranteed. We do require that the groups offer an "on theme value added activity". And we hope you'll be creative with these ideas! Some non profits have chosen things like ornament making, writing letters to Santa, coming dressed as Holiday/Dickens characters, Photo Cut Out stations....etc!
Volunteer! This event requires a lot of volunteers! If you're able to volunteer with us, please sign up below! We also accept High School students looking for hours for their NHS goals!
Main Street Businesses: Planning something special for Dickens Festival? Let us know! Whether you're hosting entertainment, offering a themed activity, or creating a unique experience, we'd love to help promote it and include it on the festival map when applicable.
Please note that outside vendors and food trucks are not permitted.
Only Main Street Merchants members in good standing will be included on the official festival map and promotional materials.
